I had a "Rosebud" toy moment earlier this morning, á la "Citizen Kane" ("Rosebud" being the last word Charles Foster Kane mutters as he dies, and Rosebud is the name of his sled, a toy that he held dearly from his youth).
I spent many, many, hours, days and years of my early childhood playing with the Midi Mighty Mo Fire truck (the one on the left):
And saw the commercial many a Saturday morning:
I'll have to troll eBay and see if I can get some of the models to play with my son.
